Important information about Microsoft Certified IT Professional
MCITP was originally an acronym for Microsoft certified systems engineer but 2008 that was replaced by new credential. First you want to pass in MCTS certification exam related to MCITP. Then you must pass additional exam to earn the MCITP on your chosen track. Pre request courses are not usually required but a current MCTS. The Microsoft Certified IT Professional program is the most popular training programs and Microsoft calls the Microsoft Official Courseware. An advanced official document, the MCITP builds on the foundational skills developed at the MCTS certification level.
